All HKUST Alumni Association members are welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") with details as follows:
  • Date: December 7, 2022 (Wednesday)
  • Time: 18:30 (Reception starts at 18:00)
  • Venue: Regal Palace, 3/F, Regal Hongkong Hotel, 88 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay
Agenda
  1. To receive and adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2021
  2. To receive and adopt the Annual Report of session 2021 to 2022
  3. To receive and adopt the Financial Report of session 2021 to 2022
  4. To elect the Executive Board of Director of session 2021 to 2023
  5. To appoint AE Majoris CPA & Co. as the auditor of session 2022 to 2023
Registration for the AGM:
Walk-ins are not allowed. If you would like to attend the AGM, please register by e-mail to yiuman.chui@ustaa.hk by 12:00 on 5th December, 2022 (Monday). Full members might appoint a proxy to vote in the AGM if they do not attend the AGM.
