Therapeutic Photography Workshop

When pressure mounts, could the device in your pocket be the very key to your peace of mind? A staple of self-care across Europe and the US, Therapeutic Photography is a transformative daily practice. By shifting how you observe the world through your lens, it turns everyday observation into an act of mindfulness—helping you navigate stress, find your focus, and discover your own visual voice."

This workshop goes beyond technical instruction; it is a guided exploration of the HKUST campus, where you will learn to translate internal emotions into visual narratives. Through this field experience, you will discover how the shutter becomes a tool for spiritual decompression and a medium for deep self-dialogue. Whether you are a seasoned photographer or a total beginner, we welcome you to join us on this visual journey.
