Date: November 20, 2023 (Monday)
Time: 18:30 (Reception starts at 18:00)
Venue: Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, ,Kellett Island, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

Agenda:

1. To receive and adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2022
2. To receive and adopt the Annual Report of session 2022 to 2023
3. To receive and adopt the Financial Report of session 2022 to 2023
4. To elect the Executive Board of Director of session 2023 to 2025
5. To appoint AE Majoris CPA & Co. as the auditor of session 2023 to 2024

Registration for the AGM:
Walk-ins are not allowed. If you would like to attend the AGM, please register by e-mail to yiuman.chui@ustaa.hk by 12:00 on November 18, 2023 (Saturday). Full members might appoint a proxy to vote in the AGM if they do not attend the AGM.
