Time: 19:00 (Reception starts at 18:30)
Venue: 37/F, 391- 407 Jaffe Rd, Wan Chai, Hong Kong

Agenda:

1. To receive and adopt the Annual Report of session 2024 to 2025
2. To receive and adopt the Financial Report of session 2024 to 2025
3. To elect the Executive Board of Director of session 2025 to 2027
4. To appoint VICO (HK) CPA Limited as the auditor of session 2025 to 2026

Walk-ins are not allowed. If you would like to attend the AGM, please register by e-mail to bennet.tsui@ustaa.hk by 12:00 on 9 Dec 2025. Full members might appoint a proxy to vote in the AGM if they do not attend the AGM.
